CB Spiced Cider

3/4 ounce Christian Brothers Brandy
6 ounces hot apple cider
3/4 ounce triple sec
1/2 tsp. cinna-meg sugar (equal parts: cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar)
Orange rind, studded with whole cloves
Stick of whole cinnamon

In a stemmed wine glass, add cinna-meg to Brandy and triple sec. Fill with hot apple cider. Garnish with a twist of an orange rind studded with whole cloves. Gently dust with powdered cinnamon and stir with a stick of cinnamon.
